Processing time: 

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days ( excluding weekends and holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped. 

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates:

Standard Shipping (UK): 3-5 business days 

International Shipping: 7-14 Business days (may vary depending on location) Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout. 

Delays:

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside of our control (e.g., Postal delays, Customs for international orders).

Tracking your order:

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can keep an eye o your delivery. 

Wrong address/Returned Packages:

please double-check your address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages sent to the wrong address or returned due to incorrect details.
